1. In the month of April Biodata of class IX students to be collected and verified by the class
teachers.
2. In the month of August filling up of Registration forms to be completed within the
stipulated time.
3. Verification of check list of registration forms sent by the good office in the presence of the
students.
4. In the month of August the biodata of Cass X and XII to be collected and verified as per the
school records.
5. In September the LOC forms of Class X and XII is to be filled up, Demand draft is to be
prepared on time and sent to CBSE Ajmer.
6. By the month of November the check list of LOC form is to be received and verified.
7. Report to CBSE Ajmer regarding examination articles balanced by the school.
8. Requisition of exam articles to be sent to Regional Office especially practical answer books
for Class XII.
9. Submission of list of teachers to regional office Ajmer for the evaluation of answer books, list
of senior teachers for the appointment of centre superintendent to be completed in the month
of December.
10. Probable date sheet of preboard to be announced -First Pre board in the second week of
December and second Pre board in the second week of January. The answer copies should be
evaluated within 48 hours of the paper conducted. Mark slips to be submitted to the class
teachers for the preparation of result matrix to be sent to RO on time.
11. Admit cards to be distributed to the students of board classes for annual examination in the
last week of February.
12. In the month of March onwards CBSE-2010 to be held.
